Bream

Bream

At Fishers Pond, bream are grown in just the same way as carp and tench.

After one summer, the little bream are 2” – 3” long. Too small to stock into most fisheries and certainly too small to catch.

After two summers, they are roughly 4” – 6” long. Big enough to be caught by anglers, this size is readily taken by cormorants.
